About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Stefab Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel, motel, and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Standards: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including payment for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
