The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in high-end hospitality settings and have a background in housekeeping roles. Key responsibilities include mentoring new staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness protocols, and enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Primary Training Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, implement corrective measures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Productivity Management: Evaluate team performance, support improvement strategies, and provide constructive feedback.
- Staff Development: Create and deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and refresh training materials as needed.
- Leadership: Promote a collaborative environment, offer guidance, and exemplify best practices.
Essential Supervisor Duties:
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness, manage inventory levels, and coordinate supply replenishment.
- Address guest concerns, uphold property cleanliness, and guarantee guest safety and satisfaction.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, maintain an active work pace, and handle loads up to 25kg.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- At least three years of experience in luxury hotel environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness standards.
