Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Standards: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including payment for specialized cleaning services.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing physically demanding tasks.
