Housekeeping Training Supervisor

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Training Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within our luxurious properties.

Responsibilities
  • Training & Development: Design, deliver, and continuously update comprehensive training programs for housekeeping staff. This includes onboarding new team members, reinforcing best practices, and addressing specific skill gaps.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the quality of housekeeping services, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor staff productivity, provide constructive feedback, and assist in developing performance improvement plans. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the housekeeping team.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of professionalism.
Operational Oversight

In addition to training responsibilities, the Housekeeping Training Supervisor will also contribute to the smooth operation of housekeeping services:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock to meet operational needs.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed guest expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, with prior experience as a housekeeper.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate others.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
