Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Stefab Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
