Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Room Preparation
    • Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, folding linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
    • Restock guest amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and internal department needs.
    • Supply and transport housekeeping carts to designated areas.
    • Perform room entry procedures and ensure vacancy before cleaning.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Assist colleagues as needed to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience needed.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • No specific licenses or certifications required.
