**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise to customers and prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review customer requirements to determine the type of equipment, design, specifications, features, and special service requirements necessary to provide a total cost estimate.
  • Maintain estimating priorities and schedules to ensure timely delivery of quotes and proposals.
  • Prepare materials for sales presentations, including technical specifications and product information.
  • Participate in the order entry process to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Provide proposal drawings in Solidworks and AutoCAD to support sales efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and technical support, preferably in the hydraulics or mechanical systems industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database business software and internet literacy.
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • BS in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Epicor ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
