Sales Engineer

Ajax CECO is a leading provider of machinery, equipment, and engineering solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Engineer to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for sales and technical support duties for customers or prospective customers. This includes coordinating sales meetings, communications, and correspondence with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer requirements to determine the type of equipment, design, specifications, features, and special service requirements on which to base a total cost estimate.
- Maintain estimating priorities and schedules.
- Prepare materials for sales presentations.
- Participate in the Order Entry Process.
- Provide proposal drawings in Solidworks & AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years related experience in hydraulics or mechanical systems sales or engineering.
- Knowledgeable with Personal Computer, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, database business software, and internet literacy.
- Sales and marketing experience/exposure is a plus.
