Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales meetings, communications, and correspondence with customers, as well as providing technical support and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer requirements to determine the type of equipment, design, specifications, features, and special service requirements for a total cost estimate.
  • Maintain estimating priorities and schedules.
  • Prepare materials for sales presentations.
  • Participate in the Order Entry Process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in hydraulics or mechanical systems sales or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Personal Computer, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and database business software.
  • Sales and marketing experience/exposure a plus.
  • Proficiency in providing proposal drawings in Solidworks & AutoCAD.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Epicor ERP knowledge a plus.
  • Foreign language skills a plus.
