Job Title: Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our team at Method Automation Services Inc. As an Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support customer-facing software applications using Agile development methods
  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement application solutions with minimal oversight
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and development team members to understand business requirements
  • Provide innovative solutions to business needs
  • Follow best practices in version control, source code, and configuration management
  • Integrate applications and perform data migrations
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a developer: Junior (1-3 years), Mid-level (3-7 years), Senior (7+ years)
  • Developer experience in K2 blackpearl, K2 SmartForms, .NET framework using C#, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Ajax, MVC, SQL Server, ASP.Net, CSS, HTML5, Visual Studio, XML, SQL, SSRS, SharePoint, Azure, Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with Agile software development and/or hybrid waterfall/Agile development
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting software in a Windows/.NET environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience working with vendors to escalate and resolve issues
  • Experience leading discovery sessions with clients to understand current processes and identify needs
  • Certifications related to technologies named above
