Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2588636 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who are displaced by conflict or natural disaster, providing them with on-the-job training and support to help them integrate into the workforce.
- Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and experience they need to succeed in the workforce.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work with a diverse team and provide support to newcomers and refugees.
