Strategic Code Consultant for High-Rise Fire Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Code Consultant to lead our fire engineering team in Canada.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, business development, project management, and alternative solutions expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building code consulting and fire safety engineering practices, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Develop performance-based alternative solutions and facilitate their approval process.
- Leadership Skills: Mentor junior staff, contribute to their professional development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related field, along with P.Eng. designation, is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation:Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include profit-sharing (20%), potential sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment focused on professional growth.
