About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts
  • Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress and financials
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. architecture, engineering, construction management)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, LEED AP)
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. English, French)
