Project Director, Transportation

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our Transportation team in Ontario. As a key member of our Canadian Operations, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex transportation projects from initial policy to delivery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute to business development, including capture planning and leading proposals.
- Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ontario designation required (or eligible).
- 20+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
- Experience working with municipal transportation clients within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing, mentoring, and leading professional technical staff.
