As the Director, you will be responsible for managing the project portfolio, fostering relationships, and implementing processes that align with our organizational goals. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial in achieving outstanding results and maintaining our high delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project delivery office team to ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Enhance process management and design, contributing to the overall project delivery framework of the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, IT executives, and external vendors.
  • Mentor and develop a team of program and project managers, inspiring them to achieve excellence.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing project portfolios.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading program management initiatives.
  • A university degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in managing teams of project managers with individual budgets exceeding $1 million.
