We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead the development of our sales and business growth strategies within a regional geography. This role will direct the implementation of business strategies to maximize revenue and profits through the maintenance of existing customer relationships and the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Visit assigned accounts and conduct monthly performance reviews, including performance metrics review, campaign reviews and optimizations, Google Analytics walkthrough, and sales objectives for the dealership and up-sells to promote digital portfolio growth and diversification.
- Regional Liaison: Serve as a regional liaison between the Fox Dealer internal team, including Media operations, Client Support, Paid Search, and the Fox Executive Team.
- Sales Productivity and Profitability: Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability to achieve designated profit objectives within respective geographical responsibility.
- Sales Cycle Management: Direct and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, bids, and contract renewals.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast current and future month's sales objectives and communicate those numbers to the direct Supervisor.
- Pricing and Service Agreements: Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models for all major markets and implement service agreements consistent with Fox Dealer's financial objectives.
- Business Relationships: Coordinate and foster business relationships with third-party companies supporting Fox Dealer technologies to clients.
- Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support for VP, Sales, Area VP, Regional Operations Director, Operations, and the Fox Executive Team with assigned projects.
Education and Experience:
- Required: Automotive industry experience and relevant dealer contacts.
- Education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success.
- Preferred: 5+ years in-store automotive retail experience and outside sales (selling to automotive dealers).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and/or Google Drive), SalesForce CRM.
- A working knowledge of Google Analytics (certification a plus).
Total Compensation: $100k-$300k
