Regional Director

Athletes in Action (AIA) is a ministry that empowers people to know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport.
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to work with regional staff, coaches, and volunteers to fulfill the mission of Athletes In Action through the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other community-based sports initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for the following areas:
- Staff and volunteer team management in their region
- Operation of camps, clubs, and sports initiatives in their region
- Regional budget management
- Developing relationships with local churches and community sports groups
This position requires Ministry Partner Development, where the Regional Director will build a partnership team to provide financial and prayer support for the ministry.
The financial support will cover the costs of the Regional Director's salary and ministry expenses.
