Athletes in Action (AIA) is a ministry that empowers people to know Jesus and experience his transformative power through sport.

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to work with our team to further our mission.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other community-based sports initiatives in their region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic oversight to programming in their region.
  • Leading, developing, and growing a regional staff team.
  • Collaborating with the team of Regional Directors on national topics.

The Regional Director will also be responsible for building a partnership team to provide financial and prayer support for the ministry.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of athletes and communities across Canada.
