Regional Director

Athletes in Action (AIA) is a ministry that empowers people to know Jesus and experience his power to transform the world through sport.
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to work with our team to further our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional staff, coaches, and volunteers, and will work collaboratively with Regional Directors across Canada to develop and implement resources and strategies.
The Regional Director will be responsible for:
- Providing oversight to programming in their region
- Leading, developing, and growing the regional staff team
- Collaborating with the team of Regional Directors on national topics
This role requires strong leadership and partnership development skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a partnership team that provides financial and prayer support for the ministry.
The Regional Director will be responsible for managing the region's budget, developing relationships with local churches and community sports groups, and overseeing the operation of camps, clubs, and sports initiatives in their region.
