Regional Director

Athletes in Action (AIA) is a ministry that empowers people to know Jesus and experience his transformative power through sports.
As a Regional Director, you will work collaboratively with regional staff, coaches, and volunteers to achieve AIA's mission through the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other community-based sports initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on your region, but you will also partner with Regional Directors across Canada to develop and implement national resources and strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing the regional staff and volunteer team
- Managing the operation of camps, clubs, and sports initiatives in your region
- Developing and managing the regional budget
- Building relationships with local churches and community sports groups
You will also be responsible for:
- Providing oversight to programming in your region
- Leading, developing, and growing the regional staff team
- Collaborating with the team of Regional Directors on national topics
This role requires Ministry Partner Development, where you will build a partnership team to provide financial and prayer support for the ministry.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a partnership team that provides financial and prayer support for the ministry, covering the costs of their salary and ministry expenses.
