We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About This Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage stock levels.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or services, and provide general information.
  • Relay telephone calls, messages, and emails to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Previous experience in administration is preferred but not necessary.
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment

This role is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
