Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at City Centre Auto Sales Ltd. as an Administrative Services Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our office.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Train and supervise office support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, secretarial studies)
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
