The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses based on performance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead our corporate and community partnership program. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the health and wellness industry and a detailed understanding of sales processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with club leadership to understand facility traffic, customer demographics, identify trends, promotional needs, and market competitors offerings.
  • Generate sales through in-person guest tours of all facilities, business-to-business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective leads.
  • Develop and implement facility-wide outreach team policies, working closely with facility directors to develop outreach training, street team scheduling, and tracking of outreach milestones by club.
  • Audit and manage current relationships with corporate and in-club advertising accounts to ensure proper communication and growth of partnerships.
  • Develop new corporate partnerships, including negotiations, documentation of partnership structure, implementation of specific internal and external marketing, and tracking of partnership sales success.

KPIs:

  • Completes all general sales OB training in full.
  • Hits all personal corporate sales quotas each month by club location.
  • Drafts and submits daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to upper management as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence people.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred.
  • College or University degree preferred, with minimum two (2) years professional experience (Management experience preferred).
  • Competent in performance metrics, including revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facility maintenance.
  • Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business results.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment, with critical thinking skills essential.
