Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Associate to join our team ASAP. As a key member of our Marketing & Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our new telecommunications essential service provider, one of our most significant nationwide expansion opportunities.

As the Community Outreach Associate, you will engage with customers, listen to their needs, provide specific product recommendations, and solve any challenges that arise. You'll also collaborate with our Marketing and Customer Service Department Heads to create a market expansion process that develops and achieves acquisition objectives, financial goals, and critical milestones for our employees, the company, and our client.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Assist customers with account activation, explain delivery and installation methods, and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service Department Heads to develop market expansion strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal personnel and lead brainstorming sessions to improve marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development and actively participate in networking sessions and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Unmatched work ethic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective prioritization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in a leadership and team setting, with a passion for collaboration and career growth.
Salary Estimate

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
