Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Natu'oil Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a manufacture setting in an urban area. Public transportation is available.
