Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chilliwack, Canada.

This is a dynamic role that requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome clients and visitors, ensure a positive experience, and provide support as needed.
  • Manage Incoming Calls: Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments, handle inquiries, and provide information.
  • Schedule Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Execute general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office), ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
