Job Summary:

- Manage daily operations, including opening and distributing mail">
- Establish and implement policies and procedures">
- Record minutes of meetings and maintain records">
- Provide customer service and respond to employee queries">
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants">
- Oversee payroll administration and supervise office staff">
Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in office administration">
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
Working Conditions:
">This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include free parking, paid training, and on-site recreation facilities.
