Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures">
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and distributing mail">
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures">
  • Record minutes of meetings and maintain records">
  • Provide customer service and respond to employee queries">
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants">
  • Oversee payroll administration and supervise office staff">

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in office administration">
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include free parking, paid training, and on-site recreation facilities.
