Freightcom Inc. is a leading provider of shipping solutions for e-commerce businesses in Canada.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team, based in person in location not specified.
Sales Job Opportunity
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
