We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Epic Menswear. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
