This role will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain office administrative procedures
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence

A successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 40 hours of work per week. Fluency in English is required.
