Key Responsibilities
  • To implement new administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, providing clear instructions and deadlines.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation, to support the smooth operation of the establishment.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodations, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure financial accountability.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required, using data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to support business decisions.
Work Environment
  • Permanent employment with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • 40 hours per week, working in the private sector.
  • Language of work: English.
