Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Seacity International Holdings Inc. in London, UK. About the Role

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with senior management to implement policies and procedures, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and maintain records.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team by arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Financial Management: Manage company finances, including processing invoices and expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software.
