Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Seacity International Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Manage payroll administration and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Perform data entry and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and database software
  • Knowledge of business terminology and area of specialization
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication and judgement skills
  • Organized and accurate with a client focus
  • Reliable and dependable with strong time management skills
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
