Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at TRADE TECHNOCRATS LTD. as a Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics
    • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
    • Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Train workers in inventory management duties and policies.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize inventory control software, purchasing software, and other relevant tools to manage logistics operations.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as needed.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 35 hours per week.
