Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and emergency calls.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven de-escalation skills.
  • Calm under pressure and confident in problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking and lifting.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
