Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Territory Manager for our client, an industry leader in industrial air filtration solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and play a key role in driving sales growth in the Ontario region.

Compensation Package
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $130,000-$140,000, plus commissions, pension plan, and comprehensive benefits. This includes PTO, health care insurance, 401K, disability, and life insurance.

About the Job
As a Solution Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for executing the business strategy to exceed monthly and annual sales goals for Configured Solutions intake in Ontario, Canada. You will work closely with dealers, end-users, and industry contacts to identify new opportunities, validate needs, prepare quotations, and close sales of extraction systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Execution: Own the sales process from lead to close to maintain a win rate over 35% and meet quarterly quota.
  2. Promote Brand and Technology: Assist in developing annual marketing and key customer Business Plans.
  3. Play Key Role in the Configured Solutions Team: Collaborate with VP of Sales in creating the go-to-market strategy.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technical solutions.
  • Experience selling capital equipment in Wood, Weld, HVAC, or other engineered product markets preferred.
  • Proven presentation, selling, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapid responses.
  • Team player who manages conflict resolution through consistent communication.
