Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative - Territory Manager to join our team at Apex Time Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in your designated territory, as well as cross-selling solutions to existing clients.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional sales skills, business acumen, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the continued success of Apex Time Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and develop targeted sales strategies
- Cross-sell solutions to existing clients to maximize revenue potential
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or account management experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Leadership ability and collaborative style, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and leading high-performing teams
Prior experience working on a sales quota, business-to-business experience, and goal-oriented approach are highly desirable. Additionally, a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be advantageous.
Salary Range:The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. This range reflects the company's commitment to competitive compensation and rewards performance-based achievements.
