Salary and Benefits

We offer an annual base salary starting at CAD $51,000 with earning potential up to CAD $73,950 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits including paid training, 2 weeks leave, medical benefits, and continuous learning opportunities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will work closely with marketing agencies to gain insights into the challenges facing their Google Ads accounts and use your expertise to improve their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Work with marketing agencies to gain insights into the challenges facing their Google Ads accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client's Google Ads account performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Prioritize accounts by revenue and verticals to identify areas for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales driven environment
  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and its applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
