Job Title: Head of Delivery Pay Optimization

As the Head of Delivery Pay Optimization, you will play a critical role in shaping our global approach to courier pay. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a pay strategy that drives network performance, customer satisfaction, and restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global pay optimization strategy that leverages data and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new pay models and incentives that enhance courier engagement and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for pay optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional directors and global functions.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on pay strategy and optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, demand and price elasticity, and their impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Experience with pricing tools and software, such as Tableau, Excel, R, or Python.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex pricing strategies and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong logical and solution-finding skills, with the ability to use data to identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable insights.
