About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global courier pay optimization efforts. As the Head of Delivery Pay Optimization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive pay strategy that drives network performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global pay optimization roadmap, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new pay models and incentives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pay strategy and optimization decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, tech, and finance teams
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on pay optimization progress and impact
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of pricing models and their impact on revenue and profitability
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling, including A/B testing and experimental design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
