Office Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Open Sea Truck Lines Inc. as an Administrative Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- On-site work in our physical location
- Ability to multitask, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and client focus
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office
