Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Jaby Cresting. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in office administration.
About the Role- This role involves providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow
- Schedule and confirm appointments, both internally and externally
- Answer telephone calls and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure minimal waste and maximum efficiency
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to facilitate quick access to important documents
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality
- Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- This role is based in a manufacture environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
