Concierge and Guest Service Ambassador

The Wickaninnish Inn is seeking a skilled Concierge and Guest Service Ambassador to join our Front Office Team. As a Concierge and Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and personalized guest service, meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards
  • Assist with day-to-day guest requests, including travel arrangements, recreation trips, and local activity recommendations
  • Process reservation calls and welcome guests, check in and check out guests, and assist with luggage
  • Deliver amenities and provide exceptional guest service
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless guest service and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

  • Exemplary guest service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations
  • Hotel or Resort experience an asset
  • Substantial prior experience in a Guest Service role necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Ability to transfer luggage from vehicle trunks to bell carts, ranging up to 40lbs
  • A professional and groomed appearance, calm and capable demeanor
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledgeable about, and capable to meet and exceed Forbes, Relais & Chateaux and AAA 4 Diamond standards
