Merchandising Ambassador

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandising Ambassador to join our team at Merchandising Consultants Associates in Tofino, BC.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly

Hours: Approximately 3 hours per month

Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with flexibility offered

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products according to detailed planograms, ensuring optimal product visibility and brand representation. This includes building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards. Additionally, they will ensure clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase. The role also involves installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by clients. Furthermore, the candidate will utilize advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.

• Must be reliable and take pride in their work
• Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting is essential
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps is required
• A self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity, is necessary
• Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance are expected
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are mandatory

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
