Administrative Support Professional

Vital Safety Training Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel and related itineraries for staff
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
