Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of retail sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
