Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and that we can meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that our restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability
- Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
