Strategic Director - Enterprise Growth

You will work closely with senior management and business line leads to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion

• Collaborate with senior management and business line leads to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Scotiabank remains competitive
