About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our North American Customer Success team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and expansion. Your expertise in sales performance management and customer success will enable you to develop and execute strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve customer growth and retention goals
* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives
* Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
* 12+ years of experience in customer success or sales leadership
* 5+ years of experience in business value consulting
* Proven track record of leading through change and in high-pressure situations
* Strong customer-facing skills and ability to adapt to customer needs
