Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
    • Manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with event attendees, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate event setup, staging, and teardown
    • Manage event registration, ticketing, and accreditation
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Financial Management
    • Manage event budgets, expenses, and revenue
    • Monitor and report on event financial performance
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure high-quality event execution and guest experiences
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in event planning software and tools
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and executing events and conferences for DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
